A leading insurance company requires the services of Head, IT Audit.

Job Purpose

• Support the Chief Internal Auditor in planning, executing, and reporting on IT, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews.
• Take ownership of parent and subsidiary companies information technology (IT) risk assessments
• To provide support in ensuring the overall security of the parent’s and subsidiary companies’ enterprise infrastructure, applications, databases, and electronic channels.
• Ensure that all information assets are available, of integrity and duly safeguarded against wide range of threats and exposures.
• To manage the audit process which includes planning, executing, reporting, and ensuring adherence to timelines by preparing and conducting internal audits of policies, procedures and systems across assigned business areas as well as suggest process improvements.

Desired Qualifications

• A good first degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Banking and Finance or any other quantitative discipline from a reputable institution.
• Relevant professional qualification g., CISA, CCNA, OCP, ACA, ACCA, CIA.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, i.e., MS Word, Excel, SQL, etc.

Desired Experience

Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in a financial services institution, IT firm or top auditing firm.
